Otebac Ltda.とCHの共同プロジェクト

コロンビアのボゴタに近い、サンフランシスコ郊外にある週末住宅。
周辺環境と調和する建物とするために、ソーシャルエリアおよびプライベートエリア
の高さは低く抑え、
さらにこれらのエリアは建物全体に沿って配置された中庭によって分離されている。
ソーシャルエリアは敷地の正面（谷側）に面し、プライベートエリアは裏側の山並み
の景色を堪能できる。
